To create Openai API keys you need to access the Openai platform and create an account if you don't already have one. I recommend logging in via Google credentials, or create access with your email https://platform.openai.com/settings/profile
Click on Login if you already have an account or on Sign Up if you need to create it for the first time
choose the registration or access method
enter the email address of the account with which you want to register
enter your phone number to receive the confirmation code
select your country
enter the code received on your phone
click continue
Insert your data
click on Create Project
write the name you want to give to your project, it must be unique. Then click Create
If it is the first time you are using OPENAI you must carry out a verification, click on the Start Verification button, enter your mobile number, and after receiving the code enter it in the box that will appear for checking.
To create the API key just click on this button
Give the key a unique name and then click on the green Create Secret Key button
Click on the green Copy button to copy the key, then paste it where you need it. Use a single key for each different Application.
From this moment on you can access here https://platform.openai.com/api-keys to create new API keys
